Our family has farmed at Norton for generations. Today, we’re building on that history — working with nature, improving soil health, supporting biodiversity and creating new ways for people to connect with the land.

FARM
Our farm has always been a nature friendly farm. We are proud to be custodians of species rich wetland meadows, 43km of hedgerows, a traditional cider and perry orchard, and approximately 8 acres of mature woodland.
BUTCHERY
Our farm butchery brings together regenerative farming, traditional craftsmanship and a deep respect for the animal. Our beef is raised here at norton court farm and prepared using whole-carcass butchery, making the most of every animal with skill and care. From field to butchery, we keep the journey close to home, producing high-quality beef with exceptional flavour, provenance and care.
DAIRY
Dairy is at the heart of our farm. Our extensive, high-welfare system allows our cows to graze the fields for as many days of the year as possible. We have now begun the transition to a cow with calf dairy system, putting animal welfare, natural behaviour and a closer-to-nature approach at the heart of our dairy. Coming soon, we’ll be bringing fresh dairy produce directly from our farm to the local community.THE FARM IS EVOLVING
